The Burnham Hill Apartment building was originally an all girls Catholic High School and was redeveloped to studio and 1 bedroom apartment complex.

With beautiful details, such as stained glass windows, and a community garden still much alive in the community, Burnham Hill Apartments are a great asset to the Burnham Hill neighborhood. Close to the local universities, Miller Parkway, and downtown Milwaukee, the apartments have numerous recent updates, including new carpet throughout the common areas and a brand new elevator installed.

The manager and apartment residents are huge supporters of the Layton Boulevard West Neighbors group! The mission of Layton Boulevard West Neighbors (LBWN) is to build strong and healthy neighborhoods in the City of Milwaukee by stabilizing and revitalizing the Silver City, Burnham Park and Layton Park communities. These south side neighborhoods are some of Milwaukee’s most diverse and economically vibrant communities.
